Files and tool inputs

Images, PDFs, DOCX files, logo watermarks, colours, text, code values, passwords and signatures selected or entered in the tools are processed locally in your browser. The tools do not upload file content to ClearPixel Tools servers, third-party file-processing services or AI providers.

Tool inputs, previews, repair history and results remain temporarily in browser memory. Resetting, replacing files or closing the page releases the relevant references. The tools do not intentionally save your files, passwords or signatures to cookies, localStorage or IndexedDB. Temporary worker filesystems used for PDF encryption and unlocking are destroyed after each operation or cancellation.

Downloads happen only when you choose a download control. Files you save remain on your device. Image exports generally discard original image metadata. PDF transformations can preserve metadata, annotations and embedded content; review the result before sharing. A visible signature remains part of any signed document you download.

Design tools generate colours, gradients, QR codes and barcodes locally. Static QR codes encode the value you enter directly; we do not provide redirect links, scan tracking or editable destinations.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you select, enter, process, download and share. Only use content you own or have a lawful right to use, and obtain any necessary permissions from people whose information appears in it.

Do not select or send sensitive personal information, confidential documents, passwords in support messages, financial or medical records, identity documents or children’s photos. This warning also applies to email attachments. Use a device and browser you trust, keep backups and review outputs before sharing.

These responsibilities do not remove our obligations or your rights under applicable law.

Website requests and support email

You do not need an account. The website does not provide account registration, payment processing or permanent file storage.

Delivering the website involves technical connection information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time. Hosting, network and security providers may handle this information to deliver and protect the service. Technical-log retention depends on the hosting provider and its settings.

If you use the contact email, your email provider and the receiving mail service handle your address, message and attachments. We receive the information you send and use it to respond to your enquiry and handle relevant follow-up or rights requests. Opening a mailto link launches your email application; the website does not submit a contact form.

Libraries, fonts and external services

Tool libraries, PDF rendering resources, OpenCV repair runtime and Inter fonts are served as website resources. They run on your device; loading them does not send selected file content to their developers. There are no AI model downloads or external AI-processing connections in this version of the site.

Your browser may retain ordinary cached copies of website scripts, fonts and sample files. HTTP caching is separate from saving the private files you select in a tool.

External links open websites with their own information practices. The site does not control those services.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This version of ClearPixel Tools does not include Google AdSense, analytics scripts, advertising cookies or an advertising-consent system. The tool interface does not create tracking or preference cookies.

Hosting or security infrastructure can have separate cookie or logging behaviour determined by the deployed provider. Browser settings allow you to inspect and manage site data.

If we introduce advertising, analytics or other data services, we will update these policies to describe them and request consent where required before activation.

Retention and security

We do not receive or retain files selected for local tool processing. Saved downloads remain under your control. Browser extensions, your operating system, device backups and other software may have their own access and storage behaviour.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry, follow-up and applicable record-keeping requirements. Technical-log retention depends on the hosting and security provider and its settings. Retention varies with the purpose of processing, service settings and applicable obligations.

No website, device or email system can guarantee absolute security. Keep important originals and avoid sending sensitive material.

Your choices and contact

You can choose which content to open and which results to save. Clear your browser cache or site data through browser settings if you want to remove cached website resources.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is used. Contact us for a request; identity checks or lawful retention requirements may apply.

We update this policy when actual data handling changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
